5 Ways to Increase your Level of Happiness

Five ways to Increase you level of happiness is in response to taking the happiness test. If you found yourself with a lower score than expected or want to take a step towards a happier and more joyful life here are five things you can do right now! Our society is keen on instant gratification. Find a quite space, turn off your cell phones and grab a cup of tea. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth ten times slowly; this is a form of mediation or relaxation that I do. Next meditate on these five words.

Attitude
Forgiveness
Spirituality
Health
Humor

All of the above words affect your level of happiness. If you find something or an area that you need to address do so now or in the right moment for you. This is about healing and moving towards a positive direction. Try and let go of the past, take away lessons learned and focus on the joy of the moment!   1. I think to achieve I must have a good sense of humor and be able to move pass any difficult situation. Before anything good can happen people have to experience challenges in their life. By overcoming these challenges a person is more in control of their life and can be happy to a certain point till another challenge arises. Some people I think have a hard time to be happy they like being depressed but that another issue. I live your blogs the topic that you write makes me thing about the human behavior.

  2. I think attitude and forgiveness are very important. I have seen some of my friends they always write a post on their blog saying they are unhappy, almost 3 days a week are on the gray mood. Many of these unhappy people are thinking negative. I think we need to be more positive. Happy or sad, we still need to move on. SO Lets change our attitude--to be more positive.
